Positive: It was clean and comfortable and cutely decorated and just what we needed for a quick trip to FW with our dog. The neighborhood was safe for dog walks. This is an older apartment complex in a gentrifying area of new modern apartments close to TCU.
Negative: The interior courtyard to the complex was not kept up or cleaned up as there was quite a bit of trash around in the grass. It was the heat of the summer, though.

VERY close to TCU. We came to visit and found this home is a great location and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to TCU.

Positive: 地理位置很好，距离TCU比较近，当然，我觉得驾车比较好，走路会有点累的。
