Vivid 1BD : TCU accessible à pied, inspirant et reposant !

In the listing, only 1 photo of exterior: old apartment complex with second floor accessed by steep steps. No obvious way to assure a first floor unit needed for my spouse with recent knee replacement. Black mold in several places in bath & around electric box. Stove duct taped around bottom. Would definitely NOT recommend booking if a ground floor is needed or if allergy/illness associated with black mold in past. We vacated property after 1 of 4 nights. Photos available for those interested.

It was an overall good stay with very close access to grocery stores and Panther Island Pavilion Positive: The decor was cute. Negative: Broken Chairs, sticky floors, water damages ceiling tiles, cockroaches.

Stayed for 4 days mid April 2026. Super clean apt, in the proximity to all the TCU events (for what we signed up for), 5 mins drive Neighborhood Walmart to cater your cooking needs (or 10 mins to Supercenter), super fast internet, greet communication with the host. They even provided few additional items that we asked on our second day. I think the price is on the little high end and can be adjusted based on the number of days of stay. Overall, Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a super clean Apt whether you are coming to visit Dallas or Fort Worrh area.
