Intimate 2BD with Unique Style in the heart of FW

Not recommended cleanliness and maintenance did not meet expectations Positive: The location is convenient and relatively close to main attractions, which made it easy to get around by car. Negative: Not recommended due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. Upon arrival, I found a cockroach, and the overall condition of the apartment did not feel properly cleaned. The floors were sticky, rugs were dirty, and appliances appeared unclean. The bathroom mat was also dirty, and the shower did not function properly, as the switch to direct water to the overhead shower was stuck. Although the host offered to clean or fumigate the next day, this would have required access to the apartment while our belongings were inside, which we were not comfortable with. The situation had already affected our stay — we were not able to relax, cook, or enjoy the space as planned. The property is marketed as a stylish, design-focused space and priced similarly to a hotel, but the level of cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to detail did not match those expectations. I would also not recommend walking in the area, as it did not feel comfortable or safe, especially at night.

Easy check-in and very nice accommodations. Walkable to great little neighborhood restaurants too. Easy access to the interstate as well. Definite repeat location for me and my staff!
