The Quartz 2BD TH: 7ST Walkable, JOYfull & Comfy!

There were only 4 towels to use to shower . Myself and 2 other gentlemen stayed . One had to sleep on couch. But all of those units need an elevator in them it is a lot of work. Nice place and very quite

I liked the area. It is very close to things you need while visiting. A Target is a 3 minute drive. Lots of close by bars, restaurants, and coffee shops all within a 5 minute walk. Townhouse is nice. It is supplied with all the essentials for cooking there. Coffee is supplied for pods or drip. Place is clean. Bathrooms have hairdryers and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. That is a nice perk.Bath towels are at their limit on washes. Very thin and not absorbent enough when getting out of the shower.The garage door keypad didn't work for me when I got there. Contacted property owner and sent somebody out next day in the afternoon. Guy couldn't repair then and said would return later that night. Never came back and that part wasn't very good with communication. Had to walk around every time coming and going with my car. Hopefully that will get fixed soon for next guest staying.I would highly recommend this TH and would plan on renting again.

Great location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, museums, Dickies Arena, etc. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the host quickly responded when we had questions. An added bonus was that even though we were in the middle of everything, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Let's see - two car garage, large kitchen/living room with brand new appliances, plus a really large TV. On the second floor, 2 bedrooms (queen bed) each with full bathroom, brand new washer/dryer. Oh yeah, a full deck on the upper floor. What's there not to like. (Okay, maybe all the stairs... old knees might not like it) Plus walkable access to the 7th St restaurants and retail, also hip smaller eateries a couple of blocks away (try the wine bar with their unique "vending machines " ). Super Target a couple of blocks away, too... Again, what's not to like. Close to downtown FW for yet more places to go. And great art museums closeby. Plus TCU. To summarize, what's not to like...
