we’re moving around while our house is repaired and live in the neighborhood so biased but it’s so convenient to everything. you can walk to a lot of restaurants and bars and grocery and you’re only a couple blocks from the trail. it’s also a quiet neighborhood. if you’re into cooking kitchen is really small which we probably only cared about because we were living normal day to day. On that note we work from home some days and internet was great.
